How we work with creators

Relevant brand deals, without the messy process.

Fluencer Hive connects qualified creators with AI, SaaS, tech, productivity and startup brands. This page explains the simple process before we move into any campaign discussion.

No upfront fees We work on confirmed opportunities. No retainers or setup costs for creators.
Non-exclusive by default Your existing sponsors, direct inbound deals and current management stay yours.
Fit-first campaigns You review every opportunity before anything moves forward. Audience fit matters.
The process

From introduction to campaign

Four clear steps — nothing moves forward without your review.

01

Initial Introduction

You are here

We connect because your content, audience or niche appears relevant for the type of AI and SaaS brands we work with. The first step is simply to understand whether there is a real fit.

Creator fit Niche relevance Brand category match
Simple meaning

This is not a commitment. It is an introduction to see whether your channel could be suitable for future brand campaigns.

02

Creator Review & Alignment

Vetting + discovery

We review the details that help us present you properly to brands: media kit, rate card, audience demographics, average performance, preferred formats, brand restrictions and past partnership examples where available.

Media kit Rates Audience split Average views Preferred formats Brand restrictions
Why this matters

Brands move faster when creator information is clear. The better we understand your audience and rates, the better we can match you with campaigns that make sense.

03

Partnership Terms

Commission-only

If we both agree there is value in working together, we confirm the commercial terms. Our standard model is commission-only on brand deals introduced and closed through Fluencer Hive.

No upfront cost Commission on FH deals only Non-exclusive unless agreed Clear terms before campaigns
Important

Your existing brand relationships stay yours. We do not take commission from sponsors, inbound requests or partnerships that were not introduced through Fluencer Hive.

04

Campaign Match & Execution

Review first

When a relevant brand opportunity comes in, we share the campaign direction, deliverables, timeline, usage requirements and commercial details with you first. You can review, negotiate or decline based on fit.

Campaign brief Deliverables Timeline Usage rights Payment terms Approvals
Our role

We help manage the brand-side process so communication is clear, expectations are confirmed and you can focus on creating content that fits your audience.
